System design
CARLIEUKLIMA SpA provides service for ready-for-use solutions, and takes part in the development of the project as well as the subsequent realization, right up to final testing. The technical department is always ready and willing to receive and to suggest the best solution for any needs in terms of performance and layout, from single components to the entire system. Special care is given to accurate definition of the control system (hardware and software) which is essential to ensure the utmost temperature uniformity, even in very large industrial spaces.
CARLIEUKLIMA SpA also makes its know-how available to anyone needing detailed information and technical support for the realization of a new system. The whole field is open for discussion, concerning both methodology and calculation parameters for design, as well as the choice of the solution that is best suited to any particular need, available components and all possible installations options.

Research and development
CARLIEUKLIMA SpA develops new ideas internally, ideas that come from in-depth knowledge of the field and the expertise of its own experience. Before they are ever offered to customers, new projects are completely and painstakingly tested in experimental systems realized within the company.
The new solutions are developed, verified and engineered by the Research and Development Department, which deals with the calculation and design phases and which also includes a prototype development department and a functional test laboratory. In order to take on the most complex theoretical aspects, internal resources are supported by prestigious Italian universities. Highly constructive collaboration also takes place with strategic industrial partners, such as a number of especially dynamic suppliers who are the unquestioned leaders in the components fields.
Even mature products undergo continuous evolution and improvement in materials, control systems and performance enhancement.
The solar sector is currently the line in CARLIEUKLIMA SpA where the most significant development is taking place, because it means energy savings and, thanks to new technologies for the optimisation of system management, nowadays it is available to everyone. Along with the offer of traditional solar panels, now the realization of a solar roof is also available, which blends the function of protection and insulation with the production of hot water and electrical energy. This has lead to CARLIEUKLIMA SpA being awarded the “Idea Verde” prize.
